Beautiful Millefiori-Style Flower Beads

These delicate glass flower beads are available in three sizes:

• 4mm – approx. 85–90 beads

• 6mm – approx. 66–70 beads

• 8mm – approx. 50–56 beads

Their flat back allows for easy glueing into your artwork, while the discreet hole placement ensures seamless integration into your mosaic.

These beautiful millefiori-style beads are a staple in my own work. I often use them as centres for flowers such as delphiniums and blossoms (I’ve included some images to show how I use them), and they also make perfect miniature blooms in their own right—ideal for forget-me-nots, speedwell, scarlet pimpernel, small daisies, and other tiny wildflowers.

The smaller beads—Nos. 2, 3, and 12—are especially useful when grouped together to create the look of wild chervil (cow parsley), gypsophila (baby’s breath), or ivy flowers. They can even be used as stamens in larger flower designs.

These charming beads add delicate detail and texture to your mosaics, bringing a touch of magic to floral scenes and garden-inspired pieces.
